Located at Station 2, R542 is first due to all water rescues. The Dive Rescue Team has been a great asset to the Town of Monroe and neighboring departments for various types of water emergencies. Presently the Monroe FD Dive Team is the only formal team if this type in Southern Orange County, and one of only a few throughout the county.
