Structure Fire - Chestnut Circle (Monroe Trailer Park)

On Tuesday, August 14th at approximately 12:10 PM, the Monroe Fire Dept. was dispatched to a reported structure fire on Chestnut Circle in the Monroe Trailer Park. Upon arrival, Chief Tankasali established command and advised units of a working structure fire. First due Engine 543 placed an 1-3/4" attack line into service with the interior team and quickly knocked down the fire. Significant smoke and heat damage was sustained by the trailer, however it was not destroyed.

Assisting at the scene were Woodbury FD (F.A.S.T. Team), Harriman FD (Tanker Standby at scene), and Orange County Fire Investigators 36-105 and 36-106. Lakeside FD was on standby at Monroe Station One.
