The annual Village of Monroe 4th of July celebration will be held on Friday evening. Beginning at approximately 6PM, several vendors will be assembled on Lake Street and will will be selling Hotdogs near the Firefighters Memorial. The fireworks show will begin shortly after dusk. Please stop by and visit us.
Update 7/7/03: The Fireworks show and Hotdog sale were a great success! We sold out of all the hotdogs and almost all of the beverages. We would like to thank all those who attended for their support and contributions. The fireworks show went off without a hitch with no incidents occuring.
