On Monday January 24, 2000 at approximately 9:15pm, the Monroe Fire Dept. was dispatched by Orange County Fire Control (36-Control) for one Truck mutual aid to a structure fire in the Woodbury Fire District. The fire occurred at the Central Valley Inn on Smith Clove Road. Monroe units assisted Woodbury, who had the fire under control quickly.
