On Friday, September 26th, at approximately 12:35 AM, the Monroe Fire Dept. was dispatched to an MVA on the Exit 130 On Ramp for Rt 17 Westbound. Units arriving on the scene found 1 vehicle pinned against the guard rail with an unconscious patient. Firefighters responding on Rescue 540 extricated the patient from the vehicle and were back in service by 1:29AM. Monroe EMS and State Police also responded to the scene.
