On Monday, September 2nd, at approximately 8:57AM, the Monroe Fire Dept. responded Mutual Aid to the Lakeside Fire District for their 2nd Structure Fire in 36 hours. The fire occured in a single family dwelling on Hillcrest Ave. on the border of Monroe and Chester. MonroeFD responded with 2 Engines and assisted with interior operations and water supply. Chester FD and South Blooming Grove FD also assisted at the scene.
