On Friday, January 15th, at approximately 7:30 AM, the Monroe Fire Dept. was dispatched Mutual Aid to a reported Motor Vehicle Accident with extrication on School Rd. in the Lakeside Fire District. The MVA involved one car which had rolled over and had a trapped occupant. Monroe Chief Jeffrey J. Mahran and 2nd Assistant Chief Matthew Imperio responded to the scene and advised Monroe Units of the confirmed entrapment. Monroe firefighters responding on Rescue 540 extricated the victim from the vehicle. Monroe Units were back in service by 8:30AM.
