A snowy day in Monroe did not deter Monroe Village residents from voting in the March 16th Village Elections. Snow began falling shortly before noon and continued until late into the evening. Even with the poor weather, a large amount of voters turned out to vote and the proposition to increase the Mombasha Fire Company's Service Awards plan passed.
